RETURN POLICY

We offer you 10 Days Return and Exchange Warranty - free return or exchange of any unopened and unused product within 10 days from the date of product purchase taking into account hygienic and healthcare limitations mentioned below.

We do not have to provide you with a refund/credit/exchange of products if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

Please note: Standard postage fees apply to all return orders. Where the return relates to a defective item, the replacement product will be sent out to you, at no charge, within 15-20 working days from the date we receive the defective product.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT - ONLINE ORDERS

When returning your product, please make sure you provide the following details:

  • Your full name.
  • Your order number.
  • Reason why you are returning the product.
  • Your instructions informing us how you would like the issue resolved.
Including the original order confirmation or invoice you received with your product, will help us greatly.
